It's a nice place to stay. The service in the restaurant is really good. Our bathroom faucet had a leakage problem and we had to keep getting it fixed but it didn't till our check out. We were 3 in a room and it was a comfortable fit with an extra bed added on. It's a good place for kids as well.
Came for a short holiday. The air conditioning is fantastic - you feel the difference the moment you step in. The rooms are clean and spacious. Though one wonders why they made balconies but didn't provide access to them. The staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet could have more variety.
My stay at the hotel was disappointing. Stained carpets and dirty bed sheets greeted me, leaving a lasting negative impression. The high price I paid for the room felt unjustified considering the lack of cleanliness. Overall, a regrettable experience that fell far short of expectations.
Rooms need a hygiene check. Peculiar smell is inherited into the room. Can request for a continuous spray type room freshner. While coming to the food and hospitality, everything was good and courteous.
If I would have an option to give stars in minus I would have done so. I had a stay for 3 days in this hotel. Not a single department was concerned about the service, even after asking for room cleaning they did not, its just a example for the kind of service they have gievn. Waste of money.

Rooms and food was good. Welcome drink is a self service. Food deliver time can be improved. Only two delux rooms are available per floor so big family either has to take lower level rooms or adjust for another floor.
