Only advertisements no on time delivery. Not sure when they deliver my flat . I booked in July 2018 in phase 2 and supposed to get my flat for fit out in December 2020 but till today don't know the date of possession for fit out. I am regretting now I booked a flat in this project. 5 year gone and don't know how many more years to go . I had paid them almost full amount trusting I will get my flat on time but it was my fault . Now also came to know many more of work left in phase 1 due to which many of residents stop paying maintenance. I am very much worried now
Those who cannot move to gurgaon or Noida for their own specific reasons will love to live here. Central in location plus all the facilities available that a society has. Finding a parking now as a visitor is a bit difficult.
