A spacious and new gym, with almost all the modern facilities. The trainers are prompt and always available. The location is perfect as there was a shortage of a well-equipped gym in the area. A little improvement is needed in the ventilation either through AC or through windows.

This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, good change rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service , super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.Highly recommended!

I have done gym across the states ..but @THE ALPHA FITNESS is of the best gym of Bihar.The facility we used to get here of workout,along with trainer,along with meal, suppliments..erc is tremendous .
