A spacious and new gym, with almost all the modern facilities. The trainers are prompt and always available. The location is perfect as there was a shortage of a well-equipped gym in the area.
A little improvement is needed in the ventilation either through AC or through windows.

I have done gym across the states ..but @THE ALPHA FITNESS is of the best gym of Bihar.The facility we used to get here of workout,along with trainer,along with meal, suppliments..erc is tremendous .
And yeah the best thing is we do have ZUMBA classes which really enhances the mood of even olds..i just wanna say thnxx to ALPHA and the owner @Rahul sir for providing the best trainers .
