The Allure Grand Resort ( A River Side Resort and Spa ) - Resort hotel in Manali, Bashisht - Kullu, India

Great location, great food and friendly and courteous service. Upgraded me to a spacious river facing room, which was really nice of them. It was lovely to be able to see it flowing past when you stepped out on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Manali.

I reached hotel at around 5 pm. Being a river side resort, i enjoyed the view of Beas river from the garden. Had a cup of coffee in the garden with beautiful view of Beas river, valley and snow clad mountains. I had booked the corner suit no 312 and once again the view was mind blowing through large glass windows. Needless to say the room was excellent in all respect. Then after relaxing for a while i went for evening walk in the garden. The food was extremely delicious and so was the service. Then i went for a peaceful sleep in my suite. In the morning i enjoyed walk in the garden, had delicious breakfast and checked out with lots of good memories and photographs.

Very large, comfy and clean rooms with 24/7 room service. Very friendly staff who are always there to help. The view from the garden is exquisite and nice place to work/chill/have a cup of tea. Will definitely stay again.

I want to share my most amazing experience with this resort. While I left the resort somewhere in the middle of my journey I realised I had lost my Diamond ring in the rest room I called the reception and informed them about the same. They within a second called back with my ring. I just loved their humanity, integrity and their honesty. Service and view was amazing here. Must visit! Thanks to the perfectly trained staff of the resort.

We r stayed in hotel for four days in November 2023 (winter)...No hot water all four days in the room/hotel....staff was polite..but the managing director language was so bad....we paid him for view (river view) ...but all the time there was construction on hotel....after that the m.d of the hotel said...garam paani nahi hai toh kya hua ... manali k ander basic se basic hotel me bhi garam paani milta hai...but yaha pe nahi mila .....

We booked this resort for 2 days and I must say it was the the perfect decision. Hotel staff is very kind and helping ... You can get the best scenic view of snow clad mountains right through your room's balcony

It was indeed a pleasant stay in the hotel. Staff were friendly and service centric. Kids also enjoyed a lot. The play area, Beas and restaurant was fantastic.
