One of the most famous platforms of ISKCON/Hare Krishna Movement, service nutrition midday meals to school children. Been a supporter of this entire movement precisely for that reason (note that contributions get tax relief too).

This foundation have provided free meal to all surrounding govt school very great ful work and temple is also very peaceful

Akshaya Patra has a huge kitchen and it's kind of unbelievable.. They are serving free food to more than 2 millions children..

It is one of the best temple I have ever visited. It is not a crowded place, this makes it very peaceful place. It has a great architecture, the dome looks magnificent from inside. It even provide mid day meal to many schools. It's marvelous kitchen is a must watch. It even serves khichdi in Prasad.

"Radhe Radhe" Radhe-krishna deity in main temple is adorable. Nice place, greenery, car parking, food is available here.

They maintained very good hygiene & the way everything was organized is really commendable. 20 Million meals are being provided by them & it is really great thing.

A magical place indeed. When i was planning to go to this place, it was just any usual outdoor trip for me. But, it became just a lot more than devotional trip for me. Rather, i should say, i shared the feeling of being devoted to the human race in true sense. Akshaya patra is truly an amazing organisation. I went there for one night and ended up spending my whole trip at this place. Only members or references from members are allowed to stay> The basic moral of this place is, worship human being too. The best part about this place is, they serve food to more than 5 lac (.5 millions) kids everyday. N there r several branches of it in different states of India. This kind of organisations make India feel proud in the world. People here hav some conversational powers and just few minutes talk can change ur vision about ur own life. Even if u dont have time, still, take out time and spend time here to learn something about life.
