Have been doing my laser with Shubhangi since my first appointment and that's been 5 years. She has always been comforting and is exceptionally well at what she does. Overall excellent support staff and ambience at the Santacruz clinic.
Came here recently for Laser Hair Reduction and had a great experience. Therapist Donna did my treatment and not only she was great at her work, but also so polite and made me feel extremely comfortable! Highly recommend getting the services done from here and especially from her! Looking forward to trying their other services like the medifacials too.
Hey guys, I'm writing my honest review about this clinic after having been a loyal client for 4 years (2020-2023). Please read carefully before deciding to avail services here. I started going to Ageless in Santacruz around Covid lockdown and my first impression was positive. The pricing may not be ideal for lower tax bracket clientele but such wasn't the case with me so to my standards, I found it reasonable, the doctors would take a thorough case history with before and after pictures to check results and customize appealing packages with your targeted concerns which made me a repeat customer. I had read negative reviews with emphasis on greed and rude treatment displayed by the chain but since I didn't encounter that personally (other than Simran at the SC branch reception whom I put in her place after she tried condensing me out of habit perhaps), I ignored those reviews and continued to be a paying client. That's where I should have drawn the line. Fast forward to 2023, I notice the management play atrocious schemes on even their old & loyal clientele which makes me empathize with the negative reviewers now and seriously shocked at this establishment's character and ethics. I couldn't get an appointment at SC branch for laser hair removal & hydra facial so their call center girlies offered me an appointment at their newly opened branches at Lower Parel and Powai respectively. I went in for half face laser hair removal but the Receptionist at Lower Parel sat me down and tried to upsell the treatment by promising to give me two lower face sessions for the price of 1. She did the same with picosure laser by offering targeted regions twice (under eyes + lips) for the price of full face since I don't have major pigmentation and those are my only spots that need help. Subsequently, the therapist at the Powai branch gave me such a horrible facial and made my face breakout. their hydrogen cable on the machine was defective which I had informed her about but they just tried to wrap it up and get it over with. I emailed Dr. Smriti my pictures and expressed being upset over the treatment being received of late. I'm not naive, but I didn't even think about doubting their intentions as why would I after being a client for 4 years and since I had a good relationship with my doctors, naturally believing it was reciprocated.right? WRONG! The next time I went in for the promised session, they were dodging it, connecting me with a branch manager to operations manager named Ritu and denying the service for 3 months and finally phrasing it as " sorry mam we can't give you a complimentary session". Like what? I've paid over 5-10 Lakhs over the last 4 years and you're making it look like I'm haggling for 1-2k ?? How cheap and ridiculous are these people? I decided to take a stand for myself and demand a refund and they are so pathetic as to change the costs and reflect a different amount that can be refunded. I must mention that I got in touch with Dr. smriti (my dermat at the branch) who has been on maternity leave for a year since 2022 and even she tried her best to understand the situation and help get me in touch with the management for 3 months simply for them to get back with a lousy response avoiding responsibility and compensation. I don't blame her as she wasn't present and was the only person who was very kind and empathetic. Mind you, a lot of their old staff has left including Dr. Afreen who was another genuine doc I used to consult all the way from the US. Whatever is left of this establishment is super fraudulent, pathetic and greedy. I am thoroughly disgusted.

I have been going to Ageless for over 10 years now. After a filed laser hair removal treatment at KAYA clinic I ended up with more hair than what I went in with. The doctors at Ageless heard me out patiently and guided me with the right laser treatment for my concerns. Within a few sessions I saw a noticeable change. One of their best therapists is Shubhangi at the santacruz clinic. She's very understanding has a super gentle touch and is extremely patient with you if you're scared. Extra brownie points to her to always bear with me and treat me with the utmost care.

I've been attending the Santa Cruz clinic for the past 8-9 months, and I'm facing a challenge in expressing my concerns as there seems to be no designated complaint authority. Over this period, I've encountered eight different doctors. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Harshna, the only consistent figure, but the waiting time is an astonishing 1.5-2 months. This prolonged turnover of doctors has made it exhausting to repeatedly explain my medical history, especially concerning treatments like PicoSure and PRP. How will a new doctor every month can understand the progress made till far!! While the clinic's ambiance is top-notch, the constant change of doctors has reached a point where I regrettably find myself compelled to discontinue my association with the clinic.
