Good place. But 25rs entry fee is not good. Please allow visitors for see this place like dhauligiri in odisha. Because this place is not much more areas to see and make annoyed like indora park. It's maximum 30 min to cover all these things. Odisha is another poor state in India but he respects the visitors and basically haritage areas allowed as free of cost.
One of the best example of carvings on sand stones. Excellent details can be enjoyed if seen carefully. A well maintained monument and a perfect gateway to evening picnic with family. Entry fee is there, but that's ok. Green lawns are well maintained. One feels proud after seeing our rich cultural heritage.
Adjacent to Adalaj step-well. Big, sprawling complex nicely maintained with trees, gardens. The museum is closed as no tourists come here. It is said to contain photos of the step-well only. But the place is paradise for love birds. Dozens of young couples throng the place. Entry gate is closed for traffic, but people can sneak through. Tourist amenities are now in disuse. Iron bridge seen with access blocked by thorny bushes.
Well built monument with fine level scripting skills .
- Excellent historic place. Bit neglected - Charging Rs25 per visitor as entry fee - Appreciate step taken by Gujarat government for conservation of such historic "Vastu".
