Worst experience of my life. The room stinks with cigarette smell, one would vomit if u open the door suddenly. Loud music till night 12, the receptionist is least bothered about the complaints, he suggested me to call the police and make complaints I spent 2400 rupees for a sleep less nightmare, after I complained about the music they actually raised the volume instead of reducing it. I really wonder how ppl have good ratings for such a worst place!!!! This place is not suitable for family guests
We wanted a stay close to the highway. Acacia had two properties, one close and the other about 6 kms. We weren't aware of two properties. My search showed the one far from highway and took us lot of time to get to the hotel. But for the location it's pretty good place for stay. I have to particularly mention the services which was very good.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.first thing I noticed was the Hair on the bed spread. The commode is so close to the wall can't even sit properly. I guess the dimwit owner of this hotel was drunk when he approved the plan to this hotel. Loud music that doesn't let u sleep till 11.30. It's a perfect place for low class drunk people. Not for officials. The rooms should not be priced more than 500 bucks a night.
The room, toilet, mattress were so clean, But the cost was not worth it, so there was a higher side.
The Bar upstairs was full and lighting was less, as in all Bars. We had a get together after some years. When we ordered for celebratory Drinks, we were surprised by the huge quantities of side eats ( veg and non veg). The ambiance was good but the Service even better.Its a l popular Hotel amongst youths. The parking is also sufficient. Keep up the Great Service! Cheers
Small rooms. Lots of noise and music sound in night till 12 AM because of the pub. Good food. No lift.

Hotel room size is very small not maintained properly. We are going complaining to the hotel house keeping supervisor.but she said ur interested stay here are check out the room immediately amount is not refundable.she is speaking very unprofessional... So we are inform the hotel manager (Archana) she is also speaking very rood and unprofessional take care of before booking the hotel rooms...

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
We came here while visit to Isha foundation. Rooms very neat and tidy with all facilities. Service was good at affordable price. Will definitely recommend.
