Wonderful experience at acacia candolim.. the food was lip smacking... the house keeping staff was very hardworking and well behaved.. a special mention of Napoleon who hails from north east part of India needs a special mention.. this young boy has a pleasing personality and is very hard working. Working in house keeping and left no stone unturned to make our stay comfortable God bless him

TL;DR: super disappointing and would definitely not recommend it at this price point. We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days in early September (off season), and paid a total of Rs. 18000 without breakfast. It was a very disappointing experience. 1. Wet and sticky floors: Our room was on the third floor and everytime it rained outside there was seepage and water trickled down the walls. 2. Musty smell in the room at all times. 3. Mold in the blankets and bathroom walls. 4. Cockroaches after midnight on the bed and floors. 5. Spa was not operational the entire time we were there. The pictures on travel booking sites are deceptive. The only saving grace is that it's located at a great location but that's about it. Also, the staff were friendly and poor hotel amenities is the fault of the upper management and not so much the employees.

limited food options. average taste. but the staff were professional. Nice ambience. Food menu seems to very much influenced by foreign visitors. Indian cuisine options are less.

**** IT'S NOT A FOUR STAR PROPERTY **** **** TRY TO AVOID IF POSSIBLE **** Stayed there for six nights and can confirm that it's not worth for amount you are paying multiple hotels in same price with better services available. Lots of improvement is expected in staff behavior BUFFET BREAKFAST - Overall a good spread .However you can notice quality issues as Paratha's they serve are having Maida mixed .Cold puri's and for vegetarians they have Dosa which mostly looks and tastes likes a masala papad. One first day while having breakfast we could see a chef shouting at a staff person on egg counter Infront of everybody very badly thus showing how people are being treated .Serving staff seemed to be dull and unhelpful except Momita who seemed to be good in her work also special appreciation to Rohit he was bang on to task he was assigned. SWIMMING POOL - Required urgent cleaning and some music to make it a good experience. It was closed for one whole day still wasn't cleaned .Hotel staff here to serve drinks again was least bothered. ROOMS - Stayed in superior room .Bed was comfortable .They will just refill water bottles with filtered water not packaged drinking water is served. Bathrooms are congested and without ventilation .exhausts are dirty .shower goes dry for a minute while you are taking bath that can be confusing. PARKING - Hotel has a very small and narrow parking that can hardly take 6 vehicles and doesn't offers you any valet service(As confirmed in reception).You need to park your vehicle at your own risk and that too in very limited space. "You don't see that in 4 star hotels" RECEPTION - Gloomy faces with no greetings or intent to help or offer any thing .If you ask for a dental kit you need to call multiple times and will get in hour if your lucky. Exception was one lady in saree who took care of our smooth check in and was very helpful. Hotel is located in main market so you have good accessibility to near by shops and eating joints

Its a value for money with conveniently located. Service quality with front desk been very proactive towards customers need. Food is good with cleanliness being taken care. Pool is small in size with have been better it was little bigger as it cannot accomodate more users. Overall its a great hotel for the money spent. Thanks.

This is an okayish hotel if you are planning to visit goa with your family. The price is only for the location (near the beach). The rooms had wet walls because of leakage. The bed and other furniture of the rooms were old yet maintained. There was a decent swimming pool (no lifeguards) and a spa section as amenities. The staff was least interested in their work and seemed to work just for the sake of keeping their jobs. We had to call the front desk several times to get their attention for even the smallesr of things. Honestly, I would have given this hotel 4 stars if this was year 2010.

Really Wonderful Experience Very Helpful In Terms of Everything and the hotel is good in every aspect all the amenities are upto the mark. Enjoyed the stay
