Reserved a room over phone for next day early morning. The receptionist person said its done. When I reached early morning room was not available and they say the person made mistake and they are not responsible. DO NOT IRRITATE TRAVELLERS IN THE EARLY MORNING. Where will I go searching for some other hotels in the locality that too very early in the morning. Irresponsible people!!
No option to choose 0 star and negative star. Customer service is awful. Very rude staff Palaniswamy and Veni. Electricity goes off often. No wifi available. Overpriced. We have reached to visit hospital in the morning and came to refresh to this hotel, atfirst he was kept in hype and said no rooms available and then said only deluxe AC rooms is available time will be 8am to 2p m it's hardly 7hrs on the same day and its cost 2000 we have agreed and viewed in 1st floor room it was dark neat clean and looks good and we once paid the money they gave us very pathetic room not cleaned washroom rooms were smells like hell once we contacted immediately to that reception person he is very rude and said this is the room we have we can't return your money if you want stay in that room otherwise you can walkout we can't refund your paid money. So they are scaming all the guests like showing a decent looking room and providing a non decent smelling room to the guest. When we asked for receipt they dont have proper book keeping records. They called the guests itself to confirm..they have no trust in their guests.They are extremely rude and scammers. Strongly dont recommend anyone to stay there.... Check for good hotel stay there never book the room in abrirami residency scammer hotel and loose your money ..
