Admitted my mother for surgery on Dr. Vinay Pawar's advice (gastrologist). I have to acknowledge that THC is among Thane's best hospitals. Before the procedure, both Dr. Raviraj and his team members gave my mother comfort. I would especially like to thank Dr. Raviraj for continuing to coordinate with me and answer every question I have concerning the health issues relevant to my mother. A special thank you to Mr. Dev for carrying out this detailed inspection or delivering excellent hygiene services. The medical facilities are of the highest quality, and every doctor has years of experience. Very helpful staff members include Drs. Yogita, Pooja, Vibhavari, and Vimal Mavshi, as well as nurses Saranga, Jyoti, Asmita, and Archana.The TPA staff & admin staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Suggestion- Please replace the white color of the Shawl to another color. At night, this shade of white appears scary. Very humble and polite staff. They make sure that the patient is calm, relaxed and comfortable as well. Even the physiotherapist (Dr. Amit More)came the next day immediately so that mobility can be improved. Last but not the least , huge respect to all the nurses, boys which did their service absolute selflessly, with willingness and with a huge smile on their face. Which also brought smile to the patients face!

Excellent team of doctors. Extremely caring nursing staff. Very helpful admin staff. Good, hygienic food provided for patients. Only exception : certain "Mavshis" aren't diligent enough. One didn't change the drinking water vessel while another from ICU brought our patient out after discharge in an unkempt manner. Hair not combed. Patient was shabbily dressed by the Mavshi. Barring these exceptions, overall experience of two hospitalizations is quite satisfying.

Very Clean, neat & hygienic hospital, Staff very gentle, polite, caring & knowledgeable. Doctors also visit regularly & check on the patients status & the corresponding treatment being followed up. The rates are a bit on a higher side which needs to be controlled to suit the middle class. There are total 3 different rounds of doctors in 24 hours who visit the patient and explain the patients & family members of the situation & how they are proceeding with the treatment. Regarding hygiene the staff come and clean the premise twice & change the bedsheets & other things time to time without reminding them. The present sister on duty keeps regular check up of patients body temperature, blood pressure, etc as required to be monitored time to time. I am totally satisfied with the treatment and other services provided. Even after discharge they call up for the next followup recommended & later to verify whether it was followed or not.

I must say that THC is one of the finest hospitals in Thane. I know this hospital for long as my dad was admitted as many as 3 times in last 2 years. Everytime when we were in the Hospital, we have got the Best Treatment and it has helped in the speedy recovery of my Dad's health. Dr Pednekar Sir is really an expert in his field and handles the patient in a manner which leads to his fast recovery. All the staff of the Hospital is well trained which adds to the comfort of the patient as well as his attendants. Thank you THC Hospital.

My treatment was under observation of Dr. Alka Hegde and her staff. I m thankful as I recovered soon because the doctors, nurses were so promptly taking care of me. Even I m thankful to the admin as well as ground staff. Very neat, clean and hygienic hospital and wonderful hospitality.

The hospital is good...very neat and clean...staff is co operative...i felt the room charges are on the higher side comparing to other hospitals. Further I would also like to mention about the Pharmacy charges. The medicine if purchased from other Pharmacy would be definitely cheaper from the hospital Pharmacy. I happen to notice this problem with other patients asking for a discount and the salesman just refusing it.
