My recent experience at Thareja Nursing Home on November 14th was profoundly disappointing and frustrating. The encounter with the receptionists left much to be desired - their hyper attitude and disrespectful behavior towards patients were utterly unprofessional. Despite securing an appointment, the waiting time extended to over an hour, rendering the appointment system meaningless. The administration staff's behavior was equally appalling; they seemed more interested in chattering amongst themselves than in attentively listening to patient concerns. Their dismissive attitude towards both patients and their families was utterly unacceptable. However, amidst this distressing experience, the only beacon of hope was the male doctor/dentist. Unlike the rest of the staff, he exhibited humility, gentleness, and a commendable bedside manner. His professionalism was a stark contrast to the overall atmosphere at the facility. Such an environment, characterized by unprofessionalism and disrespect towards patients, is detrimental to the well-being and trust of those seeking medical assistance. Thareja Nursing Home needs to seriously address its receptionists' behavior, administration staff's attitude, and replicate the professionalism exhibited by the male doctor/dentist throughout the facility.

If you are somebody who gets scared by the thought of going through a dental treatment, Dr. Prerna Thareja is the right person for you. She has a very soft hand and even softer demeanour. I have been going to her for my yearly checkups every time I am in India. She makes sure that the patient is comfortable before starting any treatment and also makes it a point to keep talking throughout the process. I must mention that she will also make a voluntary follow up call to check how the patients are doing. It is a trait that I haven't come across in any other doctor..

If you are looking for an experienced dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Prerna Thareja as it was a huge comfort to be treated by her and her team. She accurately diagnosed the cause of my tooth sensitivity and, unlike many other dentists who may have rushed to do a filling, she suggested a bonding procedure which worked very well and my tooth was as good as it used to be within a matter of days! Even throughout the procedure, she took the time to explain every step clearly and was very attentive to the needs and comfort of the patient. I'm very thankful to her and her team for helping remove the fear of "going to the dentist" and I look forward to visiting them again whenever the need arises. Thank you! :-)

My wife had an issue with the tooth and needed a RCT treatment. She already had the similar treatment for other tooth from Jaipur, but it was not satisfactory. My friend suggested Dr. Prerna Thareja, Thareja Hospital, Alwar. The experience was awesome and completely satisfactory, as Dr. Prerna explained the whole process in detail and also shown the progress of treatment.
