Arrogant staff, Big Cockroach and Mouse in the rooms, full of mosquitos no water kettles provided for Tea, no breakfast available Worst accommodation not useful for any purposes.
I found that this is best place to stay as it's in pocket friendly at this location. Rooms are really spacious & cleaned compared to other hotels around this at the affordable prices. In House Resturant facility is available till 11.P.M.
I had a great time here, the rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom had both hot and cold water anytime. The beach is a stones throw away and that makes morning walk or exercise much better. I would stay there again, if they fixed the bathroom door that required some force to get it closed.
The location is good 5mins walk to the beach, room were clean.Just issue faced while checking out that for small stain on bedsheet sheet they asked us to pay 1000Rs fine but when we asked them why these kinds of fines informed us earlier they said that it is mentioned in each room but it was not there in our room then they convinced to accept 500 Rs fine. So u just need to be careful or you will end up paying for various fines for already used pillows,bedsheets, towel etc
Just checking out from here. I must say that the staff is really cooperative. Specially Brenson. He is amazing and always available on a single call. Food, Hospitality, view, services and everything is top notch. Recommend for every beach lover for a complete family stay
Unfprofesstional staff in this resort . The person at the reception were so rude to the guests that they did not even allow us to check in to the room ... we were reallly tired .the service of the hotel was way below what we call as absolutly pathetic no rating hotel . the cottages are nice And sheek.
