Tharavadu hotel - Restaurant in Kottappadi part - Wayanad, India

It's such a beautiful house but so badly maintained. .. Such bad experience.. Food is below average, most of the things on the menu was not available. We ordered chicken kondathum and the chicken was rubbery, fried rice was very basic with almost raw veggies and no flavour, beef biriyani was again average with very chewy beef. In all it was a sad and bad experience Won't recommend it to anyone

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently visited tharavadu restaurant wayanad and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. The food quality was the worst I have ever encountered in a restaurant. Not only was it bland and tasteless, but it also seemed to be of very poor quality. The dishes lacked any creativity or attention to detail, and it was clear that no effort was put into their preparation. In addition to the terrible food, I encountered an extremely rude lady in the billing area. Her demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming. She showed no interest in providing proper customer service and seemed annoyed by any questions or requests. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a restaurant where customers expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The combination of the worst food I have ever tasted and the presence of a rude and unhelpful staff member made for an incredibly unpleasant dining experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their food quality and customer service.

The experience was poor..lack of cleaniness,food quality was not good and the service staff is okay but the management was rude because they refused to wait inside the restaurant while we were waiting for lunch...

We had a very bad experience with tasteless food, no light, no water etc.. They brought cold food which looked like old food.

Very bad experience. Plates were not washed properly, most of the dishes in menu were not available, premium rates but low price rice used for biriyani and fride rice. And they were not tasty. And we all affected by food infection same day. Never recommend anyone

The food was just ok and the overall maintenance of the place and cleanliness was average! With a bit more effort it can really be a nice restaurant with traditional kerala feel.
