It was a big mistake for us. We chose Thanuz bridal boutique varkala for our little daughter's dress customization, such a bad experience we never expected from them. We went there for a coat type dress they agreed it in the range of 3500-4000 .Then they informed us it will cost 4000 . In advance we paid 2500 and it was not refundable.The problems begins then, at first we chose one dress material they also agreed with us ,the next day it self they informed us that the selected material is out of stock. So we forced to select another one. Which ever we select they found some excuses and they forced us to follow their suggestion. That time also we had faith in their work so we agreed with that. I already showed them a modal and we need one like that. But when I came to know that they only do a small work only in the neck I was shocked. Any how I agreed it because I already paid 2500. That time another unbelievable thing happened they informed us that they can't stitch a lace (as showed in the modal ) in that dress, without that the dress is incomplete , if we need that we should pay 4000+ for that. It was terrible to hear that because we showed them a picture and they agreed to do the same , but they did what they like. At last we agreed to buy lace for that. So we bought the lace and gave it to them. We just want to get that dress for a marriage. We got the dress on time , but the stitching was very poor .( we can't expect such a worse stitching from a boutique) . The fabric quality is very poor and with one wash the fabric shine and fires gave away.Terrible customer experience! Bad fabric selection. Negligent stitching.Obnoxious staff and fake commitments .I would never recommend this boutique, especially varkala branch because it will lead to exasperation. Don't waste your money and time by trusting this boutique.
