Food was below average. I didn't find the food very tasty . People here have given 5 stars for taste . Only meals , that too not to the mark. One could eat a better meal at the road side. The only thing is it is famous among Brahmins and vegetarians. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and the meals cost 90Rs which isn't worth also . I came after seeing review .

Exceptional Tasty home food with Avial ,Usli , Vatha Kolumbu and Rasam . Don't miss if you are in west mambakam or Ashoknagar for lunch .For 110 Rupees it's paisa vasool .

One of the super authentic and old style mess in the heart of West Mambalam. The parking is a super huge problem - car is a big no no. Breakfast and lunch is amazing! Evening food is a must try. The best part is the sambhar. You also get sambhar ,rasam,kootu,pooriyal all separately- and this comes as a boon to bachelors and senior people. It always has floating crowd and they also sell best floured coffee powder which is a must try. Must check into this place for a brand new experience.They are also on SWIGGY,one can order them too.
