For 5 years, We have to be a relationship with TMJ Madurai. Recently I visited TMJ Vadipatti. During the purchase, the Sales executive said the Price for the Jewel, then I asked him to explain the Price in detail (by category wise), but the sales executive refused to explain. If you need more detail's, check on the Receipt and that it is a corporate Shop we don't need to explain via oral, then I have walked out of the shop. As the employee said, If this shop is a Corporate shop, Please do the Business with corporate people. Why do you need to do Business with urban people? As a customer, I have a suggestion for TMJ Vadipatti, 1) We are known the history and Goodwill of TMJ so please teach your employees. 2) Please give pieces of training to employees on Behavioral. 3) Please assess the employee's Behavior and Characteristics periodically.
