We visited thangamayil cbe branch today i want to share compliment to staff jayanthi, as its wedding purchase it took a day for us, but jayanthi was patient with smiling face helped us entire day, later i heard she wasnt relieved for lunch i felt bad but also surprised she was with smiling face showing each and every designs for me, excellent staff kudos to her
purely cheating at the time of purchasing gold. don't take gold chit i took 10k chit due to some personal reasons i paid a premium one month delay. due to that they are saying eligible free wastage is 78.98% not 100% but as per terms and conditions no such points. i have selected all the jewelry at the time of estimation they shocked me.. i feel worse today to visit thangamayil coimbatore customer service is not good!
