I wanted to buy an earing online and enquired regarding the same with your customer support staff - SOWMIYA. I had the worst experience ever. She just puts the customer wait for 20 minutes.. Then the chat gets closed.. Is this the way ot works? Very unhappy with the service that you are providing.. And when asked about the same she just transfers the chat to Facebook messenger and nothing happens there.. Kindly replace the workers like this if you would like to be in a good position.. This is where the mistake happens and however good the shop is, the design is.. Because of personalities like SOWMIYA entire respect gets spoiled..
If you really want to buy jewellery or silverware this is not the right place for you. There are many hidden charges they bring in final price.If u are clever enough to find it and question them u will see the guilty in thier faces. For example: do u know this is the only shop where they charge making charges even for silverware!? Worst store and worst service.
