Last week on diwali we went to Malabar then Kalyan jewellers for purchasing gold bangles and to my surprise they both instead of giving discount on diwali there are charging 20% as making charges and 3% GST. Visited Thangals at koduvalli and found better design however including GST they to charged me 12.5% which is 50% lesser than what big jewellery showrooms are charging. Basically these big stores are looting customers. Thangals has limited and beautiful collection with hallmark certificate.
