I ordered this kurti on August 3Rd for the onam function, in their site it is said that they will dispatch within 20 days, when I messaged them about the updates they said they will dispatch only after 40 working days. Among these days, I contacted them through WhatsApp and Instagram they didn't attend the call or replied to any of my messages. After 50 "working days" again I contacted but they didn't give reply to any of my messages. So after 2 months, on October 2nd, my friends gone to their shop in Alappuzha and enquired about the purchase, they said they didn't complete the stitching it is still pending. Then they gave a phone number to my friends to contact for the dispatch details, when I contacted that number still there was no reply. On October 6, when i got the product I thought the product will be on super quality, but the product is very cheap. The material is very cheap. The dress has no lining also. I gave them 850 rupees including transportation for this product, but from the looks of the product it can cost only 300 rupees.This is my worst experience from an online store. Thameha designs is not valuing their customers time, money or expectations. I included the picture of the kurti, from that pic it is so clear that the material is not a good quality . I am not going to buy any products from their site any more.

I ordered a kurti in August and despite "40 working days" having passed as mentioned in their website, I haven't received the product. When i tried contacting them , there is absolutely no response i wonder if i will even receive the kurta now. They keep posting stories on instagram but they do not have time to respond to their customers Very very bad experience UPDATE AS ON 24.10.2023 After two months the kurta was received and the quality was so poor the zip came off even before trying it on Guys never buy from them

Worst experience. I have ordered a kurta from this website, and I have received entirely different design. The material of the kurta is awful. Please find the screenshot for the same. I have email them and contacted via Instagram but there was no response from them at all. Beware of this site.

BEWARE!! If I could give less than one star, I would. Ordered the Ready-to-wear saree with a kalamkari blouse piece. 1. The product sold out and I called, DMed asking when it will be back, NO RESPONSE. Finally after seeing it back myself, I ordered 2. You can't reach them for anything. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Poorest customer service I have ever seen from such a seemingly "high-quality brand". (they are not one). Calls, DMs, messages, WhatsApp, nothing. The website wont show you anything properly. Their dispatch time is 2 weeks+ for one simple delivery and you just have to sit and wait till then. 3. I tolerated all of this stuff and finally got a very poor result. The blouse they gave was not kalamkari but a PLAIN blouse that they probably cut from the saree material. 4. I messaged them. They didn't care. Messaged 4 to 5 times and still politely. They didn't care. Called twice, they were online just watching the phone ring. The AUDACITY of this brand is just something else. 5. Finally got told that the kalamkari piece was out of stock. They're telling me one week before a function and now I will have to find my own material and stitch the blouse or get one asap. They didn't inform, they didn't apologize, NOTHING. Biggest regret ever. Don't fall for their pretty ads and purchase. Oh, and comments are turned off so that the truth isn't posted. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Go with something else.

How can we rate this fraudulent company. No COD they are totally fraud. Please be aware of them. And please don't waste your money by watching their fake ads. They don't deliver the clothes. No professionalism. Fake site. Never ever order from them. They never respond to ur any of the messages through any medium.You will just loose money. I have lost my money.Shameless people. These type of money will pay them back with curses of many people for sure.

Completely disappointed by the quality of material, and size. I ordered a product on 26th October 2023 and received it on 9th December 2023 which was not even a issue for me if it could satisfy the quality. While ordering by mistake I gave the wrong pin code so when the product was delayed even after 30 days I was afraid and I tried to contact them through many means but it was of no use, I think they have simply provided their mobile numbers in website they were not picking up, then I tried calling and messaging through watsup which was of no use, I did even mail them but no response for that too.. but I finally got the product but size was very different from size chart mentioned and quality is really bad. I will never again order from their site snd will never recommend it to anyone.

Worst customer service experience!! Stay away from this place. Ordered a material for my sister's birthday when I came across their Instagram page. It's been 80 days since I ordered and I have not received the product yet. The birthday was well past over in September . These guys won't answer any phone calls and will provide ZERO CUSTOMER SEVICE. There could be reasons for being late but why not just notify the customer who paid for your product. I should have looked up the Google reviews before I ordered. Reading all these negative comments proves that I am not the only one. Fraudsters like these Thameha are the reason why people lose trust in the online orderings.!!! Will never order again. Will edit this post if I ever receive the product

I should have checked google reviews before ordering here. The design was nice so I ordered its been more than a month. They don't respond to calls or messages. They have time to post new dresses on the website. But they don't have time to reply to their customers who have prepaid and still waiting for their order to be received. very poor customer service. I wish I had come to Google reviews first I would have never ordered.. God knows when they're going to send my order or they are just going to cheat my money. Is this like a new scam or something? I support online small businesses, but they are few people who just don't understand what they're doing. This is wrong. Comments on their page is also off because they don't want people to know what they are actually doing. It's a scam!
