Had a bad experience with the person in cash counter. I ordered cauliflower 65. But he gave me mushroom 65.
When I asked there is difference is bill and menu, he said you must check the menu items in the bill before buying. In my case it's ok. But what of I don't know to read or write?
He was not ready to accept he took wrong order. He was ready to give back cash, replace the order.
But I was hurt because he was rude in handling my request. My first family visit with family. Humanity is always must.
First time I visit thambi mess hotel bodinayakanur.ambiance good arrangements OK.but the whole pax one service waiter is there one old man please hotel management guys add some more waiters and show small level of humanity.....
