The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Malabar Biryani. Served on a gleaming platter, the fragrant basmati rice was perfectly cooked and infused with an exquisite blend of spices. Tender pieces of succulent meat adorned the rice, each bite bursting with flavors that danced on my palate. The rice had a distinct taste, thanks to the generous use of traditional spices and the unique technique employed in Thalassery Biryani. What truly set this dining experience apart was the wide variety of side dishes that accompanied the biryani. The restaurant's commitment to providing an authentic Malabar feast was evident as they presented an array of delectable choices. The cooling and refreshing raita added a creamy and tangy element to the meal, perfectly balancing the rich flavors of the biryani. The papad was delightfully crispy, adding a delightful crunch to each bite. I couldn't resist sampling the various pickles, which added a zing of tanginess and a burst of flavors to the overall experience. And let's not forget the delectable chicken curry that was served alongside the biryani--a rich and aromatic accompaniment that added depth and spice to the meal. The attentive and friendly staff at Thalassery Restaurant further enhanced the dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were more than willing to answer any questions or make recommendations based on personal preferences. The service was prompt, ensuring that my meal was served hot and fresh.

I used to eat her a lot often. But yesterday (09/09/23) was a bad experience with friends. We got Chicken Manchurian when we ordered chilly chicken gravy. Parotta was old, the server said the parotta master was on leave. I wonder how old it was .

Best place in Coimbatore to have Kerala style biryani. Chicken and beef biryanis were really good. Alfaham chicken was also tasty, though the side dish onion that came with it was little salty. Chappathy and garlic chicken were good. Mint lime and grill chicken was good but beef fry was just ok for me though my friends liked the taste. Parking is hard to find if you are coming in 4 wheeler, bike parking is available. Staffs are also hospitable, friendly and the serving time is also less.

The taste is above average but they service is good. The price is reasonable. Shawarma is very average. Panner starters are good.

Well, we visited them on a Saturday afternoon and the rush was heavy but still managed to find a table. Ordered Thalassery Mutton and Chicken Biriyani and a Beef Roast. The items arrived in less than 10 mins which was fast even though there was a heavy rush. The items tasted delicious especially the Beef roast was mind blowing and almost the best beef roast in Coimbatore and a must try. Price is also not on the higher side and pretty much affordable and worth every penny. Will visit them again. Parking facilities are minimal.

I ordered alfaham in swiggy from this restaurant..but the quantity was very low for quarter Alfaham as only two small piece arrived

Well maintained Kerala style restaurant. Neat and clean . Food is worth for its pay . Parking at evenings of weekend May be tough. Prompt service.

I loved the place. The outdoor is nice especially for evening dining. The experience was awesome. The restaurant was neat. We ordered butter nan, Kubus, butter chicken and tandoori. The food was delicious. Even the paneer soda was fresh and nice. Overall awesome experience
