There is a cancer hospital, my grandfather was admitted that hospital arround 1992-1993. And I think the hospital is more advanced today then before.

This is one of the best place to live in katwa... Because the giant size pond... Always blow cold breeze... And this one of the location from where except bus-stand everything is nearby, like market, school, college, court, post office, municipality, some of the bank and the police station.

It's a very important junction, it's connect with sagar, boro kachari, behala etc etc
