Same date last year 4th September 2022 I transferred from Global Hospital parel to this Thakur Hospital due to some emergency circumstances. I had such a painful experience with me for whole my life in this hospital. Since this is something not forgettable, that house keeping ,!pad changing mausi so rude and disrespectful talked with me and when I complained about her to senior nursing staff they also not bothered even I filled feedback forms but I think that is just waisted of paper. Senior nursing staff not even explained medicines at time of discharge. That Mausi shouted to my sister in law for even feeding milk to my son though we only provided milk powder. Nursing staff interested only clearance of bill amount rather patient care and child care. No any action taken by doctors. Very cheap staff don't go for any emergencies situation to this place ever.Go to government hospital instead,it's better than this so called cheap staff Thakur Hospital .
Overall experience was good. Staff is polite and friendly. My Mom underwent a minor operation by Dr. Mahesh Desai. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Thakur Hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.
Do not make decisions on the negative reviews. people have different experience. My wife stayed and got operated here and the experience was good. Nurses are good in communication and greet you with smile whenever you ask for any assistance. Neat and clean rooms/Hospital.

Really satisfied with the treatment and care provided, All the doctors are well experienced and they visit the patients regularly and also explain the treatment procedure thoroughly. The nurses and other staff were also extremely helpful and caring at all times. The rooms, facilities and services provided by the hospital were also excellent.
