Thakkar's Hotel Jalaram Kathiyawadi - Restaurant in Surat - Surat, India

I have visited here lots of times, and found out that food quality is best, they have been improving the quality of food. You can get multiple dining options, ac/non-ac in addition to that, a small playground area is also there for kids which I think fits best for outdoor non-ac sitting. The service is a little bit compromised because they don't have enough and proper management staff and therefore they lag at service during festivals or busy days although normal traffic days are okay. I had a good time. Worth visit.

Best Kathiyavadi restaurant i have ever visited. Awesome ambiance created by lighting, plantation and other decorations. Very nice sitting arrangement. Two type of sitting available, one is A/c hall and other one is in open area. Their speciality is in Kathiyavadi food but here you will also get Punjabi, Chinese, Rajasthani, Pizza, Sandwich, snacks items, sweet and cold beverages. Very polite and professional staff. Very quick and efficient service. Excellent level of Hygiene is maintained. Owner is also very customer friendly. It is undoubtedly a "Must visit place". Only one thing i didn't like is, you have to take packed water bottle. No regular water served by restaurant.

Great experience If you want to get all in one menu you should consider this place it has every option like South Indian, Punjabi, Kathiyawadi, Fast food etc. Taste wise also it is good , as per my experience i like punjabi and Kathiyawadi food as i tried that. Pricing also reasonable, Near to go place in Katargam area So overall all nice experience

Best place for breakfast in sunday with family and friends... They served unlimited breakfast only @ 120/- pp which includes... Khaman, bhajiya, Fafda, Idli , Menduwada, sambhar, Jalebi, Tea - Coffee ... Timing for this is 7:30 to 10:00 o'clock.... They served quality food... Nice seating area for enjoying food....

Best Kathiawari food in town Taste was excellent and 100% authentic Quality and quantity against price in menu is perfect In kathiawadi starter they don't have bhugda batata, but instead we took vagharelo rotlo which as the best. Service is fast and polite They also serve cocktails like mojito etc On Sunday morning they provide unlimited breakfast at 120 only They also sell 6/8 style of pickles We thoroughly enjoyed food with our guests and it was memorable experience

It was a gathering of 40-50 people and the arrangements given by them in a banquet hall was fantastic. Food was very tasty and delicious. Food quality was superb. They gave their best to serve food in hot and fresh condition. Staff is supportive. Good parking space. Garden is their to seat and have quality time. Bajri Rotlo and Bhadthu was too good. Masala Khichdi and Kadhi was very good. Hot juicy and crispy Jalebi was fantastic.
