Wide number of collections but very few interesting once for men. Well organised compared to most cloth shops in kattappana but could be improved.

Very worst experience on last month..have purchased a baby girl frock for my 2 year girl.before using it I have washed it and while trying to use it to baby have noticed a damage on the back side of frock..I haven't seen on while purchasing it as it was stappled safely to hide damage...I think after washing one of the stapple removed accidentally,that's how I seen the long slited portion...while approaching the sales with my hus they checked it and after their great investigation and assessement they told us that the damage is not frm there..and it may after my first washing...!!and all after that the team talked with their MADAM the side also repeated the same. We returned their product to them.it may helpful for them to cheat an another customer.very worst customer service..also from the management.they don't have the responsibility of their products even if for 1 week..they don't have the confidence...it was our first visit to that shop and sure that we will never go there once more...wasted time and money.never experienced such a pathetic team on any of the shop in kattappana...shame on you..

The post-sale service and support are not up to the standard. We have bought a churidar material from the Thakadiyel, and went back to the shop for the damage issue. At that time, the floor manager sent the dress for dry wash and asked us to wait for a week. Also, he promised us, they will provide new material, if the dry wash does not work out. After one week we approached the shop and they asked us to wait for 20 days. After 20 days, we went to the shop for collecting the dress and the dress was in damaged condition. Therefore, we have asked for a replacement and the top-level management team treated us in very bad manner.
