Liked the food and service a lot better than the Malabar Cafe at the lobby level. The food was very well prepared (though it took a while to be served). The flavours came through nicely and portions were just correct! The getup of the place could do with some improvements to bring it at par with the rest of the property.

Thai Soul is the best and authentic thai restaurant in Kochi city. Head chef is a thai lady and she knows her job well. I've frequently visited thailand and these dishes in thai soul is very similar to once I had in Thailand. Customer service and ambience is 10/10. It's a spacious restaurant but book in advance because its mostly crowded especially in the weekends. Must try if you are in for a 5star experience. My recommendation for starters are fritter prawns, chicken satay and prawns dumplings.

One of the greatest place to enjoy authentic Thai food. The food is top-notch, delicious.Priced high,but still no regrets as they serve quality food with no comprise. You'll revisit this place for sure.The service is commendable.

Our family went to Thai Soul for Dinner buffet on Saturday night which happened to be the day they held the Drench market. The buffet had a delicious array of Sushi and desserts. The Wok prepared by Sous chef Kenika was excellent. We ordered 3 types of Pad Thai- squid, prawns & beef and found them all very tasty. I was too full to try the other items honestly. My favorite dessert was the gulab jamun cheesecake which was addictive!

Thai Soul was an absolute delight! The food was beyond exceptional, tantalizing my taste buds with its authentic Thai flavors. The bustling atmosphere added to the experience, creating a vibrant and exciting ambiance. From the friendly staff to the delicious dishes, it was an unforgettable dining adventure that I highly recommend.

The food was amazing, the ambiance was great. Would have given 5 stars for service but although we have reserved a table for a special occasion, we were seated at a table in the outside corner. There were no enough cutlery at the table. We were hoping to experience a real good dining experience. Ankit who helped us with the table was really sweet and was doing everything he could, 5 stars to him. Hope to get a better experience next time.

We were promptly greeted on arrival and shown to our seats. Menus were brought and a complimentary appetizer was served (pan fried tofu?) which was quite yum. We had the por pie phak which is a Thai veg spring roll. It had the perfect balance of flavor and spice, went really well with the chili sauce as suggested by our cheerful and ever so helpful server Kim. We then went to order pad thai (veg) and pad Mee Phuket which were both composed of layers of flavor that created a party in the mouth when consumed. For drinks we had the Pattaya packet which is a mocktail which left a good warm taste in the mouth , it's a strawberry based drink which had a good zing to it and an alcohol based drink called sawadika which was a tropical zesty drink which was perfect for a cold winter as it gave these nice fresh warm vibes. Finally for dessert we went for the duo of creme brulee which was really well made and was a fitting end to the awesome meal. The servers were ever so helpful and Kim's suggestions of sauce to compliment each meal were spot on! Will definitely visit again.

Went to Thai soul for the first time. Absolutely loved it. Flat fried noodles was flavourful and brilliant. Beef was tender and full of flavor. Rice was good, but the lemon grass was a bit over powering for my taste. Taste is subjective, but I will be going back again for their noodles and beef. It is the best i had so far, Wonderful service and ambiance to complement the food. Please keep it going!!
