My experience at Thaff restaurant was mixed. I dined there for both dinner and lunch on separate occasions. For dinner, we ordered a variety of dishes including appam, idiyappam, fish gravy, egg gravy, and sweet corn soup. The fish gravy and egg gravy were excellent, while the soup had an average taste. However, my lunch experience was quite the opposite. We opted for a meal that didn't live up to our expectations in terms of taste. One highlight at Thaff restaurant is its affordable prices, which makes it a budget-friendly option. However, one drawback was the staff's limited friendliness, particularly towards tourists who don't speak Malayalam. Overall, Thaff restaurant offers a mix of culinary experiences, with some dishes exceeding expectations while others fall short. Affordable prices are a plus, but improved customer service, especially for non-Malayalam speakers, would enhance the dining experience.

Very neat and cool restaurant. The hospitality they provide is really good. I went with family and we got a private space, was a lovable experience. They charge normal price for dishes and with good quality. Somewhat congested at the billing area. otherwise the atmosphere as well good. Parking must be a problem. I had to use the theatre parking nearby.

What on earth happened to a beautiful restaurant that once stood. It's entirely depleted and bares a deserted look. I used to love visiting this place, until I visited it recently and was shocked! We quickly ate and left.

The Service awefully sad, the waiters dont care and dont answer as well, No scheswan sauce available when asked, half the items on menu dont exist. Disappointed. The fried rice was okish but nothing to cherish. Avoid this one the other Thaff restaurant are better it seems.

Food is ok but service is very bad, the person who takes the orders behavws like he don't want to serve anything to the costomers. Ans the food delivery is consuming too much time.

We placed an order for Chicken Biriyani, Veg Fried Rice, and Butter Paneer. The Fried Rice met our expectations, similar to what we've experienced in other restaurants. The Paneer, however, was exceptional. We were looking forward to some seafood options, but unfortunately, they were not available. We didn't find any parking area near the restaurant, so we had to park on the roadside. The pricing was reasonable and the staff were quite amicable towards us.

Small neat and clean resturant with moderate seating capacity. Food quality is average only. Seats are limited and filling very fast. There is no parking facility. It's in front of the general hospital ane always crowded. Had meals, biriyani, fried rice and chilli chicken. Biriyani was ok and rest are satisfactory taste only. Good customer service and pocket friendly price.

The manager was very rude. We ordered for garlic chicken with thick gravy and more spicy. They gave us watery gravy and loads of ketchup in it. We complained, they made the dish even worse in next two changes. When we complained the owner and the waiter talked very rudely, accused us of eating more than half the dish. We did not eat even a single piece but they accused us of eating the most of the dish and asking for refund. They were biased against hindi speaking people. That's straight away racist and rude! Do not visit this place.
