TGI Grand Fortuna, Hosur - Hotel in Hosur - Krishnagiri, India

Beautiful property in prime location. Enjoyed the stay and neat display of breakfast quite impressive. But people would love to comeback only when the person in the reception is friendly and polite. Attitude issues never work in hospitality business, when approached the lady in the front desk for extended time Or future booking, she was rude in her reply and denied with blunt answers like we are booked for the full month. She also demanded for extra payment for one room which was already vacated and keys were handout by morning 6am.

I have a question to general manager- I am in search of a hotel near hosur and find yours. I see the lowest reviews first. All the way from one year to a week ago, you replied for those reviews that this matter will be resolved but how come people's raise the concern even now? Incredible! Either you just reply to their review for eyewash or not strong enough to to take bold decisions to change the ambiance. I go see the other hotel

Very decent....well maintained rooms.... Likes it so much. We took a night stay there on our long journey. Food was yummy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Bipul - front office.

I came across few negative comments in a site and was bit hesitant when my host booked room here. To my surprise right from check in to check out each and every aspect was a pleasant experience. Front office was very helpful. I liked the food and breakfast spreads.

The hotel is situated right at the service road and it is easily accessible. The drawback will be the restaurants and any other shops are almost at a distance of 5 kms from here. The rooms were clean and the service was spot on. They answered politely. The food at the restaurant is good. There is also a bar which we can order from our room. The parking space is a little tight and can become congested if there are any big parties happening. Overall a good stay!

This is the worst Hospitality I've seen in all my 17 years of travel experience. Other all TGI properties are too good but not this property. 100% unprofessional front office manager. I strongly NOT recommend for any Business/family travellers.

Stayed here extensively. Rooms are fine but quite expensive in terms of the service provided. Staff is helpful though but they have really pathetic systems - Have had instances of room not being reserved despite calling in advance, request for checkout 2 days before actual checkout, Giving same room to another set of guests when it is already occupied. Had 1 instance when a bat flew into my room(check video) Dinner is buffet (decent options but non veg fare is not that great) Has a small gym with outdated equipments and a small swimming pool.

Don't expect this hotel is too good by seeing this positive review, worst staff, dead slow service not worth of what you pay here! They staff show so much attitude and they're well behaved or professional don't ever go there to get yourself in trouble just because its nearby and accessible
