TGB cafe N Bakery - Bakery and Cake Shop in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

I ordered Chocolate Belgium cake from TGB Vejalpur for my daughter birthday. The older shop guy resigned & new guy did not know about the order. We asked him to make round shape order was given 5 days back yet delivery was not on time yet he gave a square cake which was not fresh & cream was hard. Request you to pls. not to order any cake from here as it very stale.

This is worst experience I have faced. The counter guy do not know how to speak .When you don't thing you asked for it , so we asked about something, we can not touch but he can touch with bare hands, and we are a regular customer for this shop since two year and they don't know how to talk . Worst customer service this shop have. Don't ever buy as they are not keeping it hygienic by thereself

Staff and cash collection guy were unprofessional, we asked for cleaning of table and they cleaned and put all the old stuff on floor. I asked for card payment and they said machine is not working. When we asked for extra catchup they said come and collect from counter, this is the worst service seen in TGB.

I'm sorry but my experience was not good at all I ordered a rainbow cake for my husband birthday five days advance but he gave me old cake not freshly baked..it was rotten from inside... despite of that during ordering I requested him to bake me fresh

Worst experience...i usually go to panchwati branch of tgb first time i visit vejalpur branch and the experience is worst...i ordered a pastry and it taste so bitter that i m not able to swallow it and the counter guy is not listening to me...never visit this place again.

Inspite of asking whether the dessert was fresh, they provided me with a stale and moulded choco BBQ.

Clean and nice ambience. Very smart and co-operative staff. Beautiful displays.
