It's really good but sometimes you need to wait for a seat and also cups ,plates, spoons . Varieties of foods are available at free of cost , so just enjoy the ambience and eat drink as much you can Keep in mind that this lounge is allowing passengers only 2hrs before boarding
I was there at around 2am and the breakfast setup was there. It was not crowded and I hardly found a seat. Somehow find a sit and take the buffet. The food was good. Juices are processed not fresh. Sandwich and breads were fresh. I have seen two lounges there in two sections Rest all good to have a small crowdy express breakfast.
This is an amazing lounge... Kept very clean. Food is great. I just tasted everything little bit to write this review. Pongal, Paratha, Mysore Bonda, cinnamon roll, kheer, baked potatoes, aloo muttar curry and then a filter coffee (machine made but tastes good). Food is awesome. Staff is great and very helpful. It's 1st time Experience for me in travel lounge I loved it Timing allowed - 2 hours before boarding time Food - ultimate Service - Good Atmosphere- Peaceful & good Suggestion : providing few lying sofas / recliners will be useful for elderly and long travelling people for relaxing instead of sitting for so long time.
Visited the lounge during my return back to home after a short visit in Chennai. Checked in early morning I was bit surprised seeing the crowd. They had a buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of foods, coffee, tea and juices. I enjoyed the food.
Mr.Sivakumar and his Suprevisor Mr. Shankar were wonderful . The food was exceptional. The service was superb. Wish them both my my best wishes.
Quite the good experience. Food:- Quality was good Verity of food options were available. Atmosphere:- Atmosphere was quite good, but the chair were little dirty and looked old/not cleaned. Service:- Staff service is good attitude is also polite. Recommended.
Overcrowded. Over stretched service makes it non existent Waiting for space in a lounge is standing in a cue. Food is just about average. The atmosphere is like that of a bazaar or a fast food joint. Overall not a great experience.
