Varun from veda hospitality was the reason our trip got spoiled. He is very arrogant and a big liar. He doesn't know the basics of hospitality services. The rooms were good but the toilets could be better. Overall disappointed by our experience here due to that agent Varun. Never ever book any rooms with him!!!

Room is decent, Not too good and this is kind of villa not a 3 star hotel as mentioned..pool is small and staff is fine...House keeping is ok, can be better. Not happy with TV..not recharged... Amenities- 3/5 Staff Behaviour- 4.5/5 House keeping - 2.5/5 Room- 3.5/5 Price- bit higher almost 3k for 2 days Surrounding- 2/5 Tough to find food and vehicles on rent..need to have own vehicle It is fine..we didn't spend much time unfortunately..but it is a decent place to stay..calm and cosy..

Worst experience. There agent Varun cheated us by taking extra money and poorly handled the billing. This delayed our checkout by 3 hrs and it spoiled our trip.

Service was good. Rooms were clean and good. Lunch and dinner was not in the hotel .

Nice property surrounded by Greenery. It's a traditional goan house renovated into a property for accommodation. Staying here gives a feeling of living in a proper goan house. At the backyard they have a swimming pool which is around 4 ft in depth throughout. The care takers here are very sweet and are always ready to help you. They have average to high speed WiFi connection. All in all we enjoyed staying here . Few things which you can't expect here: There is no free breakfast in the morning. You will need to tell care taker what you want in breakfast and then pay for it. Secondly, it's not a hotel with restaurant so donot expect hotel like service here. For food and drinks there is a menu card of nearby restaurants from where food and drinks will be delivered to your room. Thirdly, for transportation facility talk to the care taker they will connect you with the required person. Please remember that care taker a of this house and the transportation facility guy are two different entity hence deal with the transportation on your own. Lastly, The care takers here are very sweet people, who will joyfully help you with all your problems so be polite with them and see if they can help you with your problems.

It location is fine & it's easily locatable. It's located about 6 kilometers away from the beach & is about 3 km from the market area. The hotel's property was good too & their rooms & services were great as well. Their staff's were very efficient & polite. Our overall stay in this property was great.

It's a private villa with 9 rooms and 9 restrooms. Rooms are spacious with AC and attached washrooms. Lovely swimming pool which is maintained very well is the highlight. Few rooms has attached kitchen too. It is almost an hour to hour and half drive from Goa international airport. 25 min drive from Calungute / Baga beaches. Calm and serene surrounding makes this place more sort after. They have good staff who can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner on order. Only issue was with WiFi which was available only to front reception room. Hot water facility was not available to all the rooms. Definitely would visit again.
