The Coach is Just Amazing. I despite not having any previous experience in any sport joined here on suggestion from my cousin and found it to be just amazing. You can join here for General fitness + Boxing. Age doesn't matter I have seen kids as well as people of age 45+ here. Coach Gajendra Tripathi is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness. He will know your limits and will help you reach your limits. As said by him - each person's body is different and hence has different limits.
