I would like to rate them 4 stars. I would reduce half a star for front light issue. It was loose and it was making noises throughout my ride. Another half star reduced for having left with that single bike when I enquired with them. Firstly thanks to the team, I couldn't able to find their place so they picked me up from Udayee international hotel which is opposite to the Bus stand and near to their office. I felt good for that gesture. I had no choice other than taking Yamaha Fascino in scooter segment. It was really a nice vehicle, I was easily touching 80 km on thirumala hills. It was a smooth ride overall. Price was reasonable as it was Rs400per day and 150 km is the limit. I would recommend others to utilise their service. Location:It's very near to the bus stand. Opposite to Srinivasam.

They received me very well but their where only one bike to choose I had left with NO choice and the bike condition was very bad gear rod was bent, I had to lift my leg every time to gear down the vehicle.

Worst experience don't take any bikes from here you will waste whole day just to get the bike repair

Please DON'T rent a bike here. I pre booked for a TVS Radeon here to be picked up at 6AM which was accepted by the provider. When the day came, the provider guy said Radeon was having starting issues and wouldn't start so he agreed to give me a Pulsar 150. Pulsar 150 had 0 petrol so after receiving the bike it went hardly 500mts and stopped. The guy came with a half bottle of petrol and it helped me reach the petrol pump, time was 06:30AM. I filled Rs. 400 petrol and suddenly the pump executive started to shout. Shockingly there was a hole in the petrol tank and filled petrol was flowing out. I called the provider guy and after 15 minutes he came with a Yamaha MT-15. For the purpose of my trip and my comfort Yamaha MT 15 was not a suitable bike. But I took it without having much of a choice. By the evening of that day, the provider guy called me and said since I have taken the big bike the rent per day would be Rs.1200 instead of Rs. 600 the original rent for Radeon. Anyway I argued and came to a final term that he would repair the Radeon by night and would give me for the second day. At night I pickup the Radeon, another shock back tire was flat. The provider guy said it would run like this for 150kms. Anyway I start from there to search for air filling place and faced another shock. The bike wouldn't idle but would simply switch off if you come to idle. Imaging driving in traffic and enabling clutch to switch gears and the bike turns off. Very risky to take the bike to Tirumala. Had to manage and the whole trip of two days was really stressful only because of bike. Infact atleast 5 times I demanded to speak to the owner Mr. Srinath and the provider guy simply told that the owner wouldn't pickup calls from unknown numbers. So I asked him to put owner in conference call atleast. He said owner was busy and wouldn't talk. Things were really fishy.

We took 2 new Fascino bikes which was very comfortable for driving. The staffs there are very polite, helpful and was active all the time over the phone and you can discuss prior regarding the bike and tariff.
