Tetrad Hotel (Kanaka Grand) - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I recently stayed at Hotel Tetrad in Bangalore for a day before my flight back home. I was visiting my family and friends in Bangalore and I wanted a hotel that was conveniently located on the way to the airport. I am happy to say that Hotel Tetrad exceeded my expectations. The hotel was really good and offered great value for money. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Tetrad in Bangalore. The team was professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Bangalore.

This is good hotel at nice location in Bangalore. It is very near to Baptist Hotel. Rooms and service is good here. It has also spa and gym as well. The Ambience here is good and soothing. Rooms are quite and give peace. If you come here with friends then it will be a good selection.

Had the worst experience here. 1.Even though booking with an app they do not accept and ask for additional payments. And rudely said if you dont pay check other hotels. That's not something we would expect early in the morning travelling from long distance and reaching here. 2. They brand themselves as a 3 star hotel, and even then they took half an hour for check-in and after getting the room there was no hot water. While enquired it was told they have some issues and will be resolved within half an hour. Even though I waited for 3 hours it was still not resolved. Later when enquired from ordering breakfast they informed that the restaurant is closed. And i requested them to provide plates so that incan order from outside, the plates was never arranged. 3. There were no toiletry items available even towels inhad to ask later, and even though booking room for 2, they provided only 1 towel. I requested for additional towel even this was never given. ( So much for 3 star hotel) 4. Later in the day i noticed chockorouch moving around in the room, wttached images. 5. When checking out, they said system issue and need to wait. Even after waiting for 15-20min still it was not resolved.I had to leave without taking the bill since i was in hurry to reach airport. Overall i dont have any good things to speak about this hotel. Everything went bad.

Worst hotel I have ever went; These people don't accept if we booked from any hotel booking apps. They actually play a drama, Initially their aim is pull us into hotel,by displaying attractive deals. We usually get trapped into it, And we get into that hotel,by accepting whatever amount they ask for. Smartplay.

Stay was very much excellent. The tall guy who take my check-in found very supportive. And a cute girl akhata with her beautiful smile was helpful during my stay. Good hotel to stay... clean neat. But because of less availability of TV channels I couldn't enjoyed my ipl match...

All the only bookings through booking agoda oyo MMT will only be valid if you pay extra money on top 500 per pax. Complimentary breakfast will be included thru website but it is not given by the hotel management. Morning the canteen at 5th floor opens only at 9.00 am. Anything you ask in the morning, they will tell you gas cylinder over, when went up to the canteen, we found that entire canteen is closed.

PROS: Very good and decent hotel . If you want privacy with our family then please go ahead with this option . Nice staff including house keeping . Very neat rooms and service is also very good . CONS: Regarding restaurant it is very costly and food is also not so good . But online food delivery is available here so we can go with that . Second thing they will do room service like food delivery with hotel management students . They are very polite and nice but felt guilt when they do delivery like stuff . Instead of that they can stick those people to kitchen stuff like that . This is my personal opinion only . Apart from this , really this is a very good and decent hotel for everyone . Reception people also will guide us and help us in every aspect . I remember one girl who is short ( sorry I don't know your name that's why I elongated like this ) is very nice and will be very professional with us . If you want any hotel in Hebbal , this is the best choice for family and couples too . Thanks for your service @reception guys and @house keeping guys too . Not as expected. The rooms are less spacious. Facilities are limited. Foods from out is not allowed, which is a disappointing factor for me personally. Service is good. Staffs are great. Less of hygiene, was not happy with it. The rooms and the wash room was dirty. Disappointing though. But the exterior looks good. Nothing as shown in the picture. Can be improved and taken care on hygiene part especially due to the situation.
