Expensive compared to other private hospitals. Infrastructure is good and doctors are attentive and friendly.

I had a really disappointing experience at Tenzin Hospital in Shimla, especially with their front door guard. The staff's behavior was extremely disrespectful and mannerless. I felt insulted as they used foul language when interacting with me. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable in a healthcare facility. I would not recommend this hospital based on my negative encounter. They have really ill mannered disrespectful employees specially the guard they don't know how to talk to patients and people accompanying them. What's the point of coming to private hospitals when one has to go through such bad behaviour from their employees . Doctors are really nice and comforting but the guard the tall and skinny one name ROHIT KUMAR is very disrespectful .

Hello Tenzin hospital well appreciated your Physiotherapy department running by Dr Rajinder Nahata .. He is very simple but very talented by his work we gone through many hospital for my father problem only Dr Nahata given us best treatment . I personal thank you Tenzin hospital

Due to some reasons I was not able to conceive Dr. Kumud Bala Gupta became God for me because with her advice and treatment I became a mother and I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on 29-11-2020 The whole staff of the hospital is very kind The mother and the newborn baby are very well taken care of in the hospital. Your baby is also thoroughly examined after delivery and nurses visit you every two hours until you are discharged from the hospital. My experience here was very good and I also enjoyed the food here. I would like to recommend Dr. Kumud Bala to any woman having any gynecological problems.

Hospitals are difficult for everyone but at least this hospital has provided heaters for the comfort of patients while they wait for their chance to meet the doctor, and yes the doctors here are experienced doctors of which many who have retired from government hospitals. That's a 5 Star.

Poor medical facilities doctors not attend properly. After registration no body care . One doctor advice test and test fee received now you are on your fate.worst facilities advice to visit in any small clinic you may get best service

I visited almost all of the existing pediatricians in shimla. But there were no one to cure my daughter's cough. At the end I went to Dr lokesh chauhan who was the only person who worked up to satisfaction. His behaviour is is also child friendly. I am really thankful for him.

SUPER THIEVES!!! Go there only If you can afford Rs.4000 for a normal fever. They will do all unnecessary tests, x-rays and give you the medicine for 1000 bucks after that.
