No proper management full of chaous but tents were good
New to camping, We were very particular about safety and Experience. After a lot of calls and research, we found Tents valley the best answer to our camping needs. They were quick and Understanding. They were patient enough to answer almost every silly question we had. Located at a beautiful place towards Ranajilleyda Water Falls Road, we were amazed with the sparkling lights welcoming us to the camp site. It was a big camping site with tents accommodating 1-8 people. Very soon we got help from the admins and get our camp set. We had warm camp fire, really delicious food and music to boost the energy. They even arranged a Surprise Birthday party to a friend in a very short time and made the night even more special. They accompanied us for the dance parties and talks to explaining about what a beauty Aruku is. We had a warm sleep and then headed back to our tour with lots of love to the team "Tents Valley" who left us with wow with their hospitality. Now do I recommend it ? Definitely Yes !!!
Customer service was 100% good. The hosts were very welcoming and I had a great time. The place has beautiful environment with many eye catching experiences. Totally worth money place.
The camping experience was very good. If they provide decent washroom facility and food was not good. So if you can compromise about these two then this place is totally recommended.

I knew this place through my friend.We were new to the camping we had so much doubts about food,security and accommodation management team is very nice they cleared all our doubts without any hesitation accommodation,food and campfire was very good. I felt this is best place for camping.
