wonderful place for hang out with friends. situated in a interior village area . you have to ask the local person to get there. if you are traveling through Telkoi , then you should definitely visit this place . calm and quiet atmosphere with peaceful waterfalls whispering sound make your hole day joy . you have to walk 1 km above to see the top view . and its beautiful there . Its a off road .
Tenteinali waterfall is one of the unexplored waterfall in Keonjhar district near Telkoi. Its about 30/40 meter high (though I don't have any official data as its a newly explored waterfall). The location and direction of road can be accurately traced by google map. But it has to be done from your starting place or from an area with internet connectivity as there is hardly any internet network after you cross Telkoi (even sometimes there is no network in Telkoi as its a remote place). No network of any service provider available in 5km radius of the waterfall. The road condition is good with last 5 km is forest road but motorable . The 4 wheeler can reach within 150 meters of the waterfall. After that you have to climb up to reach the base of the waterfall which is a forest trail with no cemented steps, but one can climb at a reasonable pace. Even children and female about 50/60 years can manage to reach the waterfall. Do wear good shoes and avoid high heal sandals for comfortable climbing and good grip . There is a shiva linga near the fall which is sheltered by a straw roof supported by four wooden pillars. The waterfall and the fresh air is just amazing. There is ample space for picnic. As the place is not developed there is no provision for drinking water or electricity or any shade. One can use the spring water which is good enough for cooking and washing, but 'll recommend to carry drinking and if possible cooking water. The nearest town where utilities are available is Telkoi. Its better to get everything from this place including food, water etc .
Wonderful place to visit but a lesser known place. Need to be developed by local govt body.
It is okay for picnic but is very remotely located and there are no proper roads and signs leading to it,so you might get lost if you are going for the first time. No market or shops near 15-20km radius. So go prepared with your own food . The crowd which we saw was local .
Like an adventurous trip ever. Tentainali waterfall belongs to keonjhar district in odisha, and keonjhar is well known for its waterfalls, greenery lands and so many forests. This tentainali waterfall is very hard to find bt thanx to #GoogleMap finally we found by local people. It's hidden waterfall in that area, after trekking about 1km up on hill u hear the sound of this beautiful waterfall.
It's a seasonal waterfall but one can enjoy the view on the way to the waterfall
