Pathetic service. Checked inn with a uncleaned washroom after after two hours they sent a person to clean the washroom. Don't even provided a towel and the main thing the bed was in the corner of the room, the ceiling fan range was out of the reach. Plus their service, during checkin they helped in shifting the luggage in the room and during checkout nobody cares. You have to do by your own. Very bad service. Plus their nature man!!! Nobody is friendly or smiling types.

The worst experience of any stay till time. They do not give you any toiletries neither they provide any good blanket. No geyser. Switching off AC of your room from outside. Taking 2k per room which is not at all worth better you stay in any ashram. Washroom super dirty. Room with bad odour. Lift mostly not working. Location very inside with bad smell. The staff is without any manners not at all good service. Will take money with a smiling face then won't even recognise you. Very poor experience and most importantly the WORST STAY.

Absolutely not recommended. They don't provide soap, towel, blanket ect. Bathroom was unhygienic. Room was without AC. They enter in your room without your permission in your absence (when you go out after locking your room) They switch off the Lift now and then. you need to use stairs then. It's overpriced. Shouldn't be more then 800-1000.

Nice hotel. Staff is very nice and helps with what is needed. The room is small but the air conditioning is excellent and there is always hot water. highly recommend. There is an elevator, TV, the mattress is very comfortable and the area is relatively quiet. The hotel is in a narrow alley and the taxi reaches only to the edge and from there you have to walk. The Internet does not always work, especially on the third floor.

I made a confirm booking online and when I visit to hotel the receptionist denied admission. Waited their for half hour they didn't provide room and they were sending us to somewhere else which we don't find safe to go..on complain to go ibibo it took half more hour then got call from same hotel saying room is available now. I don't know why they didn't allow us to check-in earlier. At last we cancel our booking. Don't trust receptionist and these people.

The bedsheets can be more clean. The receptionists behavior was appropriate. There will be no water for sometime because they forget to switch on the motor so you have to wait for minutes in ur washroom.

bathroom size are too small and uncompact . so so room but not upto mark as per price thay offer . i suggesed not to go there . there are lots of other option for best hotel like hotel paradise and all.
