They are really responsive. If they miss your call they will call you back address your query. Actually i was supposed to receive some refund and i mailed the same to them they responded very quickly and resolved with in 1 hour and also i loved the tour experience with them. 13th August visited this place to know the tour package details for Tirupati. Got good response and helpfull team.

It's a tourism office run by the state government providing package tours to Tirupati and most placed in the state. Service is fine here. And please keep a booking copy of your ticket physically as thye are more inclined to do work in the presence of it only.
