The office is very clean and organized. It's situated opposite the LB Stadium. You get a variety of tour packages from Telangana Tourism at reasonable prices.

Staff is patient and polite. Answers all the questions we have and provide quick booking to our desired destination

Wash room maintenance is not at all good. Staff is good and well supported and giving information on each and every thing clearly. Due to washroom are not giving 3 star. R else we can rate 4 star

The experience was bitter sweet. I wanted to book tickets for both Tirupati and Shiridi separate packages. When I inquired at the front desk the person gave me high level details and asked me to wait. Once my turn came, the lady helped us book the Tirupati flight package. She was very friendly and explained each and every detail very clearly. I was so happy that I got the tickets booked. Then I went to another counter in the front desk to check about Shirdi trip package. The person was so careless that he just gave me a pamphlet saying read it god your self. He didn't even bother to give me the details. After asking him so many times he finally mentioned there's no packages for Shirdi and it's only transport. I was very disappointed with the way he responded or gave information.

Had a very bad experience of booking through Telangana Tourism (TT) Basheerbagh. They operate with very old ways of working. - We had taken their one day flight package to Tirupati which costed 71k for 5 pax. (45k was for flights; and 900 for 300rs ticket for 3 people; Extra 25K is for their services like cab, guide, etc which we felt is extremely high) - Booking process is a hassle. You have to mandatorily go to their office in Basheerbagh. All process could have been done online over email with online payment, but they said online is not possible. - 25K is too much premium for cabs and guide - Just few days before the trip, we got message from SpiceJet directly that return flight is cancelled. No intimation from TT despite they doing the booking for us. - Upon contacting TT, their suggestion was to manage our return ourselves or book flight at our own cost. By this time the flight rates have increased significantly and TT hasn't taken any liability despite it being corporate booking between TT and SpiceJet. - We had to then book flights separately spending additional amount of 38K again. - Upon following up multiple times for refund of cancelled flight, again their suggestion was to come to Basheerbagh office with papers and collect amount in cash. Which we had to do by going in person again.
