Highly recommended! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. Shantanu is amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind.

Excellent care by Dr Shantanu and team. I visited the clinic for dental cavities and tooth sensitivity. The doctor is quite experienced and explained everything well before treatment. Highly recommended.

I had a small injury on my chin and I went to tela's clinic and they told me it was a infection from the roots of teeth and i will have to get the teeth removed and convinced me to get 7 of my lower teeth removed and to improve the smile they insisted to remove the upper teeth aswell and they did RCT of all the teeth and added new teeth. After as year I got puss over my upper tooth and I went to another doctor and they told me that the RCT is not done properly and that i have to get all the teeth removed and get new ones. It was such a horrifying experience. As it was so painful and costs alot of money. I will never recommend them.

I recently completed a two-year journey with braces under the care of Dr. Shantanu Tela and I am pleased to say that my experience was excellent. Great Treatment by Dr. Shantanu Tela very dedicated and kind to his patients , he's very understanding and deals with all your problems in a very good way, the other staff is also very good and helpful, they always follow up and keep us in track. Overall a great place to get your teeth checked.

Been visiting this clinic for years, the doctors are the best and the service is exceptional. The ambience is beautiful and the staff is courteous and welcoming. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs.

My Experience From Tela Dental Clinic has been Wonderful!!All The Doctors Have cooperated so Well and I Would Strongly Recommend Tela Dental Clinic!!

I had a minor cavity, Dentist at Dr. Tela's Clinic did a filling and left a cotton plug inside my tooth under the filling. I remembered the dentist put 2 cotton plugs inside before starting the Amalgam filling, and he only took out 1. I insisted and asked that dentist to check, but he wouldn't listen. He assured me he has taken both out. 3 years later, same tooth started hurting again, the filling became loose and came out while brushing. I immediately remembered about the cotton plug, so I used forceps and tried to dig inside my tooth. And guess what, that cotton plug came out. That cotton plug was rotting inside my tooth for full 3 years. Not only it caused an infection that spread to the root and infected adjoining tooth. The filling was done by Dr. Tela's employee not Dr. Tela himself. But when I discovered rotting plug, I went to their clinic and refused to see anyone except Dr. Tela. I was put on a long wait and I eventually saw Dr. Rajendra Tela after weeks. When I told him what happened, instead of accepting what happen, checking his records and offering me any apology; he asked me to prove the procedure was done at his clinic. I had to travel overseas for work shortly, so all i wanted is this issue treated. So he did a RCT and I paid for X-rays and entire treatment. Few years later (in 2014), while I was in Australia, adjacent tooth started hurting again and I saw a dentist and after seeing my X-ray, she referred me to a Sr. Endodontist. The Endo did another X-ray in and found out the roots are not sealed properly and the infection has eaten all the nerves completely. That area of gum had no nerves left and I felt no pain despite it looked bad from inside. They messed up twice and left my gum to rot under the jacket crown and filling. There are worse things that happened to my health including severe auto-immune response due to chronic infection that went undetected for years due to lack of localised symptoms. I went to Dr. Tela's clininc at least 6-7 times between 2006 - 2013, spent thousands of rupees, instead of fixing a simple cavity they made it worse, infected the entire root and potentially triggered an auto-immune response that I am still dealing with 18 years later. The doctors here in Australia are amazing, they give you full time and attention. They are attentive and professional. They looked at everything happened and pin-pointed to my tooth infection that went undetected and untreated for years. That may have triggered an auto-immune response in my body. Which could have been easily avoided. Thankfully I saw a good Endodotist in Australia in 2014 which cost me extensively to do RCT again in the same tooth and another adjacent one. They discovered, removed dodgy jacket crown and fillings under it done by Dr. Tela, and properly treated and sealed the infected bit. For the last nine years I have had no issues, whatsoever. If I was still in Ajmer and had a dental issue, I will go to the guy who sits on the road near Gandhi Bhawan (if he is still there) and get my tooth pulled out but I will never go to or recommend anyone to Dr. Tela's clinic. My feedback is based on my own sufferings, experience and treatment received there.
