We were a group of more than 22 members. We have a good and nice experience. Staff and particularly Kitchen staff and that too Kitchen chef Mr Shambu , a very cooperative with delicious items served. Food nicely cooked with great enthusiasm and love. Would definitely love to stay this place, when next time visit Varindavan. Cleanliness is also another positive review. For some time planning visit to Haridwar, and preferably may stay at your trust premises.
"Beware! I had a terrible experience at this place. I booked four family rooms with a partial advance payment, but upon reaching there, they not only denied us the rooms but also throw our money. The staff's behavior, especially a girl, was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were on an official trip, hoping for a good rest and a divine experience in Vrindavan, but their cheater-like behavior ruined our plans. Please do not choose or visit this place. They are dishonest and their customer service is appalling."
One of the cleanest and most well managed kitchen in the area. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful. Excellent stay overall.

Worst experience ever they took pre booking payment and on reaching the trust, they declined for rooms and started to misbehave and seriously very uneducated staff need to teach etiquettes to them. Very very bad experience and that lady staff she is very rude and arrogant
