Very bad & worst travel service provider. Fraud & fake travel agent, I have booked innova car considering online google reputation but i was wrong, he is simple car booking broaker cum commission agent (Dalal). No words to describe regarding services he provided to me, I missed my very important meeting due to behavior of so called owner Mr. Singh, all false & wrong commitments he made on every call just for few amount people like him spoils customers reputation. Fraud & Fake travel agency. Never recommend. Please note he is a car booking broaker not car fleet owner, only focuses on commission. No owned vehicle he has, he is dalal which was confirmed from car driver during journey. Better to book OLA or UBER instead of him. Totally Fraud. No option to give negative rating that's why I am giving one star.

Would not at all recommend the services at at. Specially if you get Car No Innova 2100 dont accept the car the driver is ruthless. Rash driver. Car quality very poor morely demolished condition. Even what offer the provide they change at the last moment due to which i almost missed my train at kanpur central. Driver pickup was done at 6:15am instead of 5:00am. Made multiple stops for refill and during hold the driver ran away for 45mins which affected my business trip.
