My first experience here was very bad. There are two restaurants one is open air and the other one is ac. We went into ac one and it is full of rats running under our tables, that ac room is very poorly maintained ambience is very bad. About food, our food was served cold, I hate it when the biryani is served cold. About taste and quality, bad... I do not recommend it
It's right on the road so very easy to spot. The ambience is that of a dhaba. Parking is not proper. Most of the items in the menu are not available except the biryani which is not that great. The staff is courteous but since they are new, confusion and delays can be seen. Overall an OK experience but they need to work on a lot of things like service time and food taste.
Hotel outlook is good but food having not good, i went to hotel with my friends 2 times but biryani having 3fly's , i asked to barrer they said sorry sir ,i went counter given the complaint they reduced the bill amount 100 rupees. So my opinion is don't go to that hotel..
