We came here after gazing the blue moon. And ordered their cafreal which wass I loveeeed itttt. I was dissapointed with the 1 teaspoon of salad I was served. But then again it's pretty famous so they easily run out. Something is better than ntg ig. Their beef croquettes were chonky!! Lik look at the size if them were delicious. Definitely wld try again!! Also they close up pretty soon. We kinda overstayed and the owner politely tld us that he'd be fined if he kept it open any later. So yea. There's a buckt and jug to wash ur hands outside so u can eat and get ur hands messy here!!

A place that's well known by a lot of people it seems, and now I know why. An unassuming place by the side of the chapel in ribandar, they dish out some lovely local snacks and food. I tried the cutlet pao and choris pao which was really good, a lot of cutlet paos use too much rava but this one seemed to get the quantity right, and the choris pao had the proper balance of meat, fat and flavour. I also had the pork chop which was well cooked and delicious. I'm looking forward to visit here again soon and try out the cafreal and other dishes.

Visited here after seeing their reviews on instagram and this place didnot disappoint.. Small and Budget friendly place with limited seating.. Tried cafreal chicken with pao: A must try And Chicken Cutlet pao which was average..

Located at the side of a tiny chapel, this tiny hole-in-the-wall joint is definitely a fabulous place for snacks like cutlet bread, choris pao, pork chops and more. I absolutely love the Beef Cutlet Bread, Beef Croquettes and Chicken Cafreal. Every time I plan on trying something new but end up ordering my usual favourites. You'll find a lot of old-timers visiting, there are old posters on the wall - overall it's quite a charming place.

One of the best places in Goa to have Chicken Cafreal and beef croquetts. They serve great Goan snacks - chicken and beef cutlet breads, beef chilly, pork chops and more. Very pocket friendly. I had difficulty in spotting the place, it's just adjacent to the Chapel (infact it looks like it's a part of the Chapel).

Chicken Cafreal was really delicious and cutlet pao was decent, overall this is hidden gem of find for quick bites.

Mr teixeira's makes very good food. Pork chops I didn't like much. But chicken cafreal is a killer. When combined with the sausage bread and the salad it's good. I feel full. It doesn't cost much yet very fulfilling. Cooked without much oil which makes it very good. I liked the photos of Nasser El sonbatty on the walls of the shop. Teixeira was friendly and understands different languages. The shop may not be visible from outside. It's attached to the right side of the church in that location.

Best authentic Goan snacks place... seriously as a foodie this is one of my favorite places in Goa... for choris pao, cutlet pao, caferial and not to forget the mouthwatering pork chops. The taste is very unique and the prices are very very reasonable. A small place touching the Chapel hardly anyone can notice but mark my words the stuff is amazing. Do try it... I sometimes travel 17km to just have a snack or take a parcel... and it is all worth it. It starts in the evening at around 6:30 to 8 I guess. So have to go between that time or all the goodies get over like hot cakes.
