Don't plan to come is monsoon season as Safari in Sariska tiger reserve is not allowed. But still you can visit very famous Pandu pol Human temple, but only on Tuesday and Saturday in monsoon.

While visiting Jaipur, i planned to visit Sariska national park, but i had no idea if we can use our own transport or not. After reaching there, we got to know that only on Tuesday, Saturday and on Full moons, you can take your vehicle as on these days people visit the temple located inside Sariska national park. There were many jeeps available for the tourists and the rates were reasonable. There are two time slots to enter the park, one in morning and other in evening. I was supposed to reach Delhi by the day end so we skipped the place and rushed towards Delhi. It was very hot ( i visited on 18th march). Road from bhangarh to sariska is under construction right now. you will experience a bumpy ride. Its a hot and dry region, i hardly doubt if there are any tigers here. I had a conversation with the forest officer here, they said we'll try our best that you get to see the tiger, but at the end its just your luck. Funny people!

Best time to visit between October to March. Roads are in very very poor condition, can't drive more than 15-20 km/hr

I came from my bike but we were stopped. You can go on Tuesday and Saturday only because this road has been inside Sariska forest. We tried very hard to get inside but we were not allowed to go.

Not many animals, but the safari itself is remarkable. Jungle track with river flowing at one side.

Entrance Check Post For Sariska National park From Thela Side. If You hire safari you can Visit any day in week but if you wanna go by your Vehicle Its only allowed on tuesday and Saturday to Visit Pandupol Temple which lacated inside sariska

Good location to see tigers and other wild animals. Guides are helpful to show more animals to the tourists
