Teesta Beauty view point - Tourist attraction in Sittong Forest - default, India

Teesta River is very beautiful. ON the way you find nice landscape. However, we had to face a heavy traffic jam on 1 April, 2023 since a military truck drowned in this river. We had to wait for 6 hours to get the traffic cleared. At around 11.30 AM, Indian Army truck while on operational duty moving from Gangtok towards Sevoke road skidded off the road and fell into Teesta River along NH10. The driver and one passenger were in the truck. The Passenger managed to jump out, sustained injuries. On 5 Apr 2023, at 9.30 am body of the Army Driver, who was presumed drowned following an accident, has been recovered by joint team of Army, The driver went into the water with the vehicle. We started from there only after 7 pm. These are the problems we face while travelling on hilly terrains.

We went on 20th March 2022. The "Teesta Beauty viewpoint" was on the street after the trip, so don't believe it if you don't see the amazing view. I went down for some excavation at Tista Beauty viewpoint. Stunning view of Teesta from the top of the hill, hills on all sides. However, the reason for the rain in Sikkim at this time is that the water of the Teesta was muddy or there is blue water. You may have seen a little down on the way. Otherwise, you will miss it very much. I hope you like it.
