Used to come here a lot for lunch during my stay in India (2000 - 2007). Didn't see the previous Tibetan owner at this time. However, good food (gyuma, thenthuk) with reasonable prices. Highly recommended to everyone!
Had some of the best Tibetan food. Their chicken chopsey is a must try. Beautiful, aesthetic and spacious cafe with great service. And the food menu is so good and so pocket friendly especially for college students. We were a group of three and ordered 4 food items along with 3 fruit beers at just 1020 Rs/- and our stomachs were literally full.
Tee Dee is a small place restro in Majnu ka Tila. Unlike the other cafes and restros here this gives a vibe of a typical budget hotel. We ordered - Tingmo - Chicken Thentuk - Chicken Shapla Tingmo was much harder than I had in other restros. Taste was okayish, and so was the Thentuk. The only dish that we actually loved here is the Chicken Shapla. They actually prepared it nicely. Service here also was super slow. We had to order a beer can to timepass....also, we had to ask once to change the glasses and saw the same thing happened with plates in our next table. So service and cleanliness might be an issue here. However, the staffs were courteous. So I think, you can skip this restro and explore some better options in Majnu ka Tila, like Himalayan Restaurant or Thakali.
Located in Majnu ka Tilla. The food was very amazing. Although they took a lot of time. It was finally worth it. We took Chicken Thukpa, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Schezwan Rice, Tibetan Momos and Beer. The bill came around 1100 which IMO is very cheap for these many items!
Food was not up to mark especially the pan fried noodles, it had WAY too much oil in it. Restaurant itself was nice though, had a very parivarik mahaul. If you wanna go there with your family you can just don't order the pan fried noodles.

Great food! The momos were amazing and soupy. They had a great filling inside. The chilly potatoes were delicious too. We even tried their fruit beer - highly recommend. All in all, the food was great. But what is lacking is the service. The wait time to get the food is too long & the servers weren't attentive to our needs. But except for this, the other aspects were great They have a nice photo booth as well.
